This Review Petition has been filed inter alia contending that unused bills produced before the Tribunal has not been considered by this Court in the judgment dated 9.10.2013. It is contended that the unused bills were produced before the Tribunal as well as the other authorities. Reference to the revision petition filed by the petitioner indicates that they were unable to produce the unused bills, though earnest efforts were made.

2. In the above view of the matter, we do not think that there is any ground to review the judgment, as it is an admitted fact that the unused bills could not be produced by the review petitioner. The Review Petition is dismissed. ASHOK BHUSHAN ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE A.M.SHAFFIQUE JUDGE vgs14/1/15
