O R D E R
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.1462/2012 of the Family Court Kottayam at Ettumanoor, to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The said OP has been filed by the respondent husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner, along with her minor child and aged parents, is residing at Angamaly, within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ernakulam. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent stoutly opposes the transfer. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, there will not be much hardship to travel from Angamaly to Ettumanoor. Whatever it is, it is a fact that the petitioner along with her minor child and aged

parents, is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ernakulam. Matters being so, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.1462/2012 of the Family Court Kottayam at Ettumanoor, to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.No.1462/2012 of the Family Court Kottayam at Ettumanoor is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
