Even going by the submissions made, the grounds urged now were not urged when the OTR was heard. The fact that the ground now urged was mentioned in the revision petition is of no consequence and unless the ground pleaded was urged before this Court, this Court cannot be expected to consider the same. This, therefore, means that the judgment cannot be faulted for any error apparent on the face of it. 2.
We are not satisfied that grounds of review have been made out.
Review petition is dismissed.
