~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks for transfer of O.P.(HMA) No.318/2013 of the Family Court, Nedumangadu to the Family Court, Thrissur. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thrissur. She has filed MC.190/2013 also before the Family Court, Thrissur claiming maintenance from the respondent.

Notice has been served on the respondent and there is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(HMA) No.318/2013 of the

TrPC.203/2013 : 2 :
