~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks the transfer of O.P.No.700/2013 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The OP was filed by the respondent seeking divorce. The petitioner is residing with her aged parents at Thiruvananthapuram. It has come out that she is pursuing her studies also at Thiruvananthapuram. The respondent is still working abroad and he is remaining abroad. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.700/2013 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.No.700/2013 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
