J U D G M E N T
Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. It is stated that the entire matter has been settled between the parties and a compromise is filed in this appeal on 05th January, 2015. The suit is one for declaration that there was no marriage between the appellant and the respondent. The parties have compromised the matter and the respondent has admitted that there was no valid marriage between the appellant and the respondent. As per the terms of the compromise, the regular second appeal is allowed. The impugned judgment and decree in A.S No.101/2013 on the file of the Additional District Court, Kozhikode and the same in O.S No.479/2011 on the file of the Principal Munsiff Court - II, Kozhikode are hereby set aside.
