O R D E R
When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has prayed for granting permission to withdraw the petition. Suffice it to say that having gone through the order impugned, I do not find any reason to hold that the order impugned suffers from any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, warranting interference by this Court.
In the result, this revision petition stands dismissed. However, the revision petitioner is granted six months to pay the entire arrears of maintenance. The said payment
R.P.(F.C.) No.76/2014 :2:
can be made by instalments as well.
Needless to say that the court below shall not take any coercive steps against the revision petitioner to recover the amount till the expiry of six months from today. Sd/- B.SUDHEENDRA KUMAR, JUDGE dl/3.11.2015 // True Copy // PA to Judge
