O R D E R
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner husband seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.636/2013 of the Family Court, Palakkad, to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. It seems that the marriage was solemnised at a Church within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumnoor. The parties were residing together for some period also within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. The petitioner has filed the OP before the Family Court, Palakkad. Still, the respondent is working abroad and she is remaining abroad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer
TrPC.281/2013 : 2 :
O.P.No.636/2013 of the Family Court, Palakkad to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor.
In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.No.636/2013 of the Family Court, Palakkad is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor.
