ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the respondents have been settled amicably by mutual consent and entered into Annexure-A agreement to that effect and in view of the settlement the petitioner does not intend to proceed with this revision petition. The learned counsel for the respondents also agrees with the said submission and admitted that entire dispute between the parties have been settled by way of mutual consent, which culminated in Annexure-A agreement.

2.Needless to say all rights and liberties with respect to the issue involved in this revision petition will be governed by terms and settlement in Annexure-A

R.P.(F.C.) No. 206 of 2014 () agreement and the settlement will stand recorded. In view of the above submissions, this revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
