O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to have G.O.P.No. 1739/2013 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam transferred to Family Court, Kollam.

It is unnecessary to go into the facts and details of the case for the simple reason that the counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection in transferring the case to the Family Court, Kollam.
