ANTONY DOMINIC, J.:
This Writ Appeal is filed against the judgment in W.P.(C).No. 38527/2010. The Writ Petition was filed, with a prayer that the petitioner's husband be directed to be given emergency leave as provided under Rule 458 of the Kerala Prison Rules, 1958. That prayer was made in the context of Ext.P-5 application dated 6.11.2010 made by the petitioner seeking emergency leave for her husband, Sri.Santhosh Madhavan, for 15 days. We do not think that at this distance of time, there is any relevance for the aforesaid application or that the application made in the Writ Petition survives to be considered on merits. The Writ Appeal is therefore dismissed. Sd/- ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE Sd/- sdk+ ALEXANDER THOMAS, JUDGE ///True copy/// P.S. to Judge
