ORDER

This revision petition is filed against the order dated 30.5.2014 in M.C.No.521/2012 of the Family Court, Nedumangad. Earlier, the petitioner and respondents 2 to 4 were directed to attend for a mediation. Evidently, the matter has been successfully mediated and now, a Memorandum of Agreement under section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Rules 24 & 25 of the Civil Procedure (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Rules 2008 has been filed by the parties. Evidently, both the parties and also the learned counsel on both sides have duly verified the same. It is noticed. Going by Clause 2 therein the revision petitioner had agreed to withdraw this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties this revision petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. In the said circumstances, recording the agreement entered into between the parties which form part of this order, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this revision petition. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Sd/- C.T.RAVIKUMAR,JUDGE.
