O R D E R
The counter petitioner in M.C.25/2013 before the Family Court, Thrissur, is the revision petitioner herein. 2.
The respondent filed an application for maintenance against the revision petitioner under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. After evidence, the Family Court by the impugned order allowed the application in part, directing the revision petitioner herein to pay maintenance at the rate of 2,500/- per month, from the date of petition, which ₹ order is being challenged by filing this revision. 3.
During the pendency of this revision, the matter has been settled in the mediation and they filed the settlement agreement. As per the settlement agreement, the maintenance case has been settled for an amount of 50,000/- and it was ₹ mentioned in the agreement that the amount has been paid also, so the prayer in the agreement was to record the settlement and dispose of the revision.
R.P.(F.C.)No.354 of 2014 So the mediation settlement agreement entered into between the parties is recorded and the revision petition is disposed of accordingly. The mediation agreement will form part of the order.
