Antony Dominic,J.

These appeals are filed against the judgments in Writ Petition Nos.6318 of 2012, 29166 of 2011 and 35189 of 2011. In the writ petitions, FIRs registered against the appellants under Section 118(i) of the Kerala Police Act, 2011 was challenged and on the dismissal of the writ petitions, these appeals are filed.

2. Today when the appeals were taken up for hearing, counsel for the appellants submitted that during the pendency of the appeals, after completing investigation, final reports have been filed against the appellants and that therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw these appeals without prejudice to his right to challenge those final reports.
