JUDGMENT

It is submitted by the learned counsel on both sides that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of court and a compromise has been entered into between them. The compromise entered into between the parties which is part of the records indicates that the appellant has agreed to withdraw the second appeal.

In the light of the compromise, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. All the interlocutory applications in the appeal are closed.
