JUDGMENT
Antony Dominic, J.
This appeal is filed against the interim order dated 11.04.2013 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.7804 of 2013, declining to extend the interim order sought by the appellant who filed the writ petition. The interim prayer sought was to stay Ext.P7, an invitation of quotation for Private Security Arrangement for Coast Guard Assets at the places mentioned therein. The said notice was published on 27th February, 2013 and it is seen that the period of the contract notified thereunder was one year. Though this appeal was admitted by this Court on 23.04.2013, this Court did not pass any interim order.
2.
Considering the long lapse of time and also the period of contract specified in Ext.P7 notice, we are not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. According to us,
W.A.No.667 of 2013 if at all the appellant has any grievance, it is for them to agitate the same at the time of disposal of the writ petition. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
