JUDGMENT
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P4 notification dated 10.02.2015 issued for conducting election to the Managing Committee of the 4th respondent Society. Going by Ext.P4, the election was scheduled to be held on 06.03.2005 and the term of the elected committee would be five ears from the date of taking charge.
2. By order dated 24.02.2005, this Court ordered that election, if any, will be subject to the the result of this writ petition. Thereafter, this writ petition was never brought up before the Bench. Though notice was ordered to respondents 1 to 5 on 24.02.2005, service is not complete and the petitioner has not taken any steps to complete the service of notice. Today, when the case was taken up for final hearing, none appears for the petitioner. Since the reliefs sought for in the writ petition has virtually become infructuous, the writ petition is dismissed.
