JUDGMENT

The disputes between the parties to this appeal have been settled and a compromise petition has been filed as I.A.No.2993 of 2015. In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the impugned decisions are set aside and the suit O.S.No.182 of 2005 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Palakkad is disposed of in terms of the compromise. A copy of the compromise petition shall be appended to this judgment.
