ORDER
Shaffique, J These applications had been filed seeking leave to prefer appeals before the Supreme Court and also to stay the judgments of this Court for a period of thirty days.
2 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and having gone through the averments made in the applications, we do not think that the said cases are fit cases where leave can be granted. All the contentions raised by the petitioners were considered and rejected by this Court.
3. The writ petitions relate to challenge to tender conditions by which, certain provisions in the earlier tender were deleted by the Lakshadweep Administration. We have already held that such
SCLP.1/15&IA.3261/15 and SCLP.2/15&IA.3260/15 -:2:- deletions have been made to open up more competition in the field. There is no reason why leave should be granted in such instances. Accordingly, the applications for stay as well as the applications for leave to prefer appeals are dismissed.
