The learned Special Commissioner, Sabarimala has filed a report seeking for issuance of appropriate orders with regard to the placing of the order dated 9.4.2015 in D.B.P.Nos.136/2012 and SSCR No.4/2015 along with the Confidential Reports of the officers concerned. 2.

We make it clear that the order dated 9.4.2015 in D.B.P.Nos.136/2012 and SSCR No.4/2015 will be placed along with the Confidential Reports of the officers whose services have been appreciated by this Court, by the appropriate authorities including the Government and the Registry of this Court.

The S.S.C.R. is accordingly disposed of.
