1.Read order dated 14.11.2014 in DBP No.136 of 2012 and order dated 09.04.2015 in SSCR No.5 of 2015.

2.Mandalam-Makaravilakku festival for the current year is to commence on 17th November, 2015. It is absolutely necessary that the Special Commissioner, who is authorised to over see and monitor the entire structural and organizational set up in Sabarimala and other related temples, gets co-ordination and support from an Officer, who would be the Executive Magistrate. In terms of the orders referred to above, Sri.M.P.Vinod, Special Tahsildar, National Highways, Thiruvananthapuram had worked and his services were appreciated by this Court. Having regard to the public interest involved and the continued

SSCR12/15 -2requirement of the services of that Officer as Executive Magistrate, it is hereby directed that the Government will place the services of Sri.M.P.Vinod, Special Tahsildar, National Highways, Thiruvananthapuram to act as the Executive Magistrate in the office of the Special Commissioner, Sabarimala for the period from 01.10.2015 to 20.01.2016. The said Officer will do the needful, as may be required, at all times. The S.S.C.R. is ordered accordingly.
