O R D E R

The petitioner herein is the respondent in O.P.(HMA) No.1215/2014 of the Family Court, Attingal, which was filed by respondent herein, who is none other than the husband of the petitioner herein, seeking divorce. The petitioner herein had filed OP(HMA) 1200/2014 before the Family Court, Nedumangad for dissolution of marriage, recovery of gold ornaments, money etc. as against the respondent. The petitioner has also filed OP (HMA) 1201/14 before the Family Court, Nedumangad by claiming marriage expenses as well as future educational expenses of her daughter from the respondent. The petitioner has also filed M.C.No.532/2014 before the Family Court,

Tr.P.(C) 6 of 2015 -: 2 :- Nedumangad seeking maintenance from the respondent herein. The petitioner is residing along with her parents within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Nedumangad. 2.

Even though notice has been served, there is no representation for the respondent. When the petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Nedumangad and three cases filed by her against the respondent herein are pending before the Family Court, Nedumangd, it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No. 1215/2014 of the Family Court, Attingal also to the Family Court, Nedumangad.

In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P. (HMA)1215/2014 pending before the Family Court, Attingal is transferred to the Family Court, Nedumangad.
