O R D E R These petitions have been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P.Nos.1348 and 1349 of 2013 pending before Family Court, Pathanamthitta transferred to Family Court, Pala or Family Court, Kottayam.

2. Petitioner in both these petitions is the same person and she is the wife of the respondent. Suffice to say that, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and proceedings were initiated by the petitioner before Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The petitioner says that she is a resident at Kottayam and she finds it difficult to go to Family Court, Pathanamthitta to attend the case and she has nobody to accompany her and that she is not financially sound. She therefore prays that the matters pending before Family Court, Pathanamthitta may be transferred to Family Court, Pala or Family Court, Kottayam.

3. Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no appearance for him.

Since there is no appearance for the respondent, these petitions are allowed and O.P.Nos.1348 and 1349 of 2013 pending before Family Court, Pathanamthitta shall stand transferred to Family Court, Pala.
