O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking transfer of O.P.No.1463/2013 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam to Family Court, Thalassery. 2.

Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the parties fell part and that gave rise to the institution of proceedings by the respondent against the petitioner. The petitioner has two female children in that wedlock. The petitioner points out that she is a permanent resident of Thalassery and she finds it extremely hard to come over to Ernakulam to attend the routine posting of the case. She would say that she has two female children to look after. She also points out that she has nobody to accompany her. Under these circumstances, she prays for a transfer.

Though the respondent was served with notice, there is no appearance on his behalf.

Since no objection is seen filed by the respondent, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.1463/2013 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam shall stand transferred to Family Court, Thalassery.
