O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P.No.1183/2014 pending before Family Court, Pathanamthitta transferred to Family Court, Pala.

2. Suffice to say that, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and the respondent is alleged to have instituted O.P.No.1183/2014 before Family Court, Pathanamthitta for restitution of conjugal rights.

3. The petitioner says that she is a permanent resident at Ernakulam and she finds it extremely difficult to go over to Family Court, Pathanamthitta to attend the case and that she is financially weak. She also says that there is nobody to accompany her to go to Pathanamthitta. She further points out that there are other cases pending between the parties before Family Court, Pala. She therefore prays that the matter pending before Family Court, Pathanamthitta may be transferred to

T.P.(C) No.25/2015 Family Court, Pala.

4. Even though notice was served on the respondent, no objection has been filed by him.

This petition is allowed. O.P.No.1183/2014 pending before Family Court, Pathanamthitta shall stand transferred to Family Court, Pala.
