O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to have O.P.No. 576/2014 pending before the Family Court, Attingal transferred to Family Court, Nedumangad. 2.

Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. The petitioner says that she is a handicapped woman. The petitioner has instituted proceedings before the Family Court, Nedumangad for maintenance. As a retaliatory measure, the respondent has instituted proceedings before Family Court, Attingal for restitution of conjugal rights. She would say that she being a handicapped woman, finds it extremely difficult to go out to Attingal to attend the routine posting of the case and she is financially unsound. Further she says that she has nobody to accompany her. Under these circumstances, she prays

Though the respondent was served with notice, there is no appearance on his behalf.

This petition is allowed and O.P.No.576/2014 pending before the Family Court, Attingal shall stand transferred to Family Court, Nedumangad.
