O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to have O.P.(HMA) No. 642/2014 pending before Family Court, Attingal transferred to Family Court, Nedumangad.

Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and both initiated proceedings against each other. The petitioner instituted O.P.No. 78/2014 for recovery of money and gold ornaments before the Family Court, Nedumangad. The respondent in his turn instituted O.P. (HMA) No. 642/2014 for restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court, Attingal.

The petitioner would say that she is a resident of Nedumangad and she finds it extremely difficult to go to Attingal to attend the case on every posting dates. She

Tr.P.(C) No. 31 of 2015 -2therefore prays that the matter may be transferred to Family Court, Nedumangad.

Notice was served on the respondent. But there is no appearance for him.

Since no objection is seen filed, this petition is allowed and O.P.(HMA) No. 642/2014 pending before Family Court, Attingal shall stand transferred to Family Court, Nedumangad.
