O R D E R

Petitioner, wife is seeking the transfer of OP No.1189/2014 filed by the respondent/husband seeking divorce before the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor, to the Family Court, Chavara. The petitioner is residing in Mynagappalli in Kollam District, along with her aged parents. She has filed OP 816 of 2014 before the Family Court, Chavara for return of gold ornaments, money etc. against the respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

Tr.P.(C) 35 of 2015 -: 2 :- pointed out that the respondent had received a registered letter from the aged father of the petitioner by which some threatening remarks have been made. The father of the petitioner is an age old man. According to the petitioner, there is nobody to accompany her to go to Ettumanoor for attending the cases.

On hearing either side and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.1189 of 2014 of the Family Court, Ettumanoor, to the Family Court, Chavara.

In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.1189 of 2014 of the Family Court, Ettumanoor is transferred to the Family Court, Chavara.
