ORDER

When this petition came up on an earlier occasion, this Court had expressed the opinion that it may not be possible to transfer the case as sought for since the court where it is filed does not appear to have jurisdiction over the matter.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this transfer petition with liberty to raise the question of jurisdiction before the appropriate forum.
