~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner is seeking transfer of OP.14/2014 pending before the Family Court, Malappuram to the Family Court, Thrissur. The aforesaid OP has been filed by the respondent herein seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thrissur. According to the petitioner, two other matters viz. MC.309/2014 seeking maintenance and OP.920/2014 seeking return of the gold ornaments and money etc. filed by her, are pending before the Family Court, Thrissur.
