O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the C.P.C. seeking to have O.P.No.1331/2013 pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

The respondent is the daughter of the petitioner. She instituted O.P.No. 1331/2013 for maintenance, recovery of marriage expenses, educational expenses etc., before the Family Court, Nedumangad. The petitioner filed O.P.No. 293/2013 before the Family court, Thiruvananthapuram for recovery of gold ornaments and money.

The petitioner would say that she is working employed in Southern railways and residing at Thiruvananthapuram. She finds it extremely difficult to travel all the way to Nedumangad for attending the routine posting of the case. Therefore, she prays for a transfer.

Tr.P.(C) No. 38 of 2015 -24.

Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no appearance on her behalf. Since there is no objection, this petition is allowed and O.P.No.1331/2013 pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad shall stand transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
