~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Through Tr.P.(C) No.44/2015, the petitioner wife seeks the transfer of OP No.494/2014 of the Family Court, Ottapalam filed by the respondent husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights, to the Family Court, Tirur. The petitioner is employed as a Teacher at G.M.U.P. & H.S.S., Kolappuram, Tirur Taluk. She is residing along with her two small children. She has filed OP No.16/2014 against the respondent before the Family Court, Tirur seeking return of gold ornaments, money, etc. Through Tr.P.(C) No.49/2015, she seeks the transfer of OP(G&W) No.584/2013 filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Malappuram, to the Family Court, Tirur. The children are presently residing with the petitioner within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Tirur.

Notice has been served on the respondent through the learned counsel appearing for the respondent before the court below. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Much discussion is not required to conclude that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer OP No.494/2014 of the Family Court, Ottapalam and OP (G&W) No.584/2013 of the Family Court, Malappuram, to the Family Court, Tirur.
