O R D E R

The petitioner wife is seeking the transfer of O.P.No.444 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta, where she has filed M.C.No.164 of 2014 against the respondent. O.P.No.444 of 2014 was filed by the respondent seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.

2. Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Tr.P.(C).No.45 of 2015 -: 2 :- this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.444 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla is transferred to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.
