O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking the transfer of O.P.No.641 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha filed by the respondent, to the Family Court, Thrissur, where she has filed G.O.P.No.55 of 2015. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thrissur. According to the petitioner, she was abandoned by her husband.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is not standing in the way of the transfer of O.P.No.641 of 2014 to the Family Court, Thrissur. On

Tr.P.(C).No.51 of 2015 -: 2 :- hearing either side, this Court is also of the view that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.641 of 2014 of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha to the Family Court, Thrissur. The court below shall make every endeavor to dispose of the O.P. as expeditiously as possible.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.641 of 2014 pending before Family Court, Muvattupuzha is transferred to the Family Court, Thrissur. Sd/- B.KEMAL PASHA JUDGE DSV/25/6/15
