~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioners seek for the transfer of O.P.(MV) No.189/2010 of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Attingal, to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Tirur. It has come out that the vehicle is covered by a valid insurance policy. The policy has been admitted. The 1st respondent is the registered owner of the vehicle. Notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with. The insurance company has no objection in transferring the matter to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Tirur. On going through the facts and circumstances of the case and on hearing either side, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(MV) No.189/2010 of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Attingal, to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Tirur.
TrPC.61/2015 : 2 :
In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.(MV) No.189/2010 of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Attingal is ordered to be transferred to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Tirur.
