O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner in Tr.P.(C) No.64/2015 seeking a transfer of O.P.32/2015 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda to the Family Court, Thrissur. According to the said petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, he had filed OP.1465/2014 before the Family Court, Thrissur against the respondent herein seeking divorce. According to him, in order to compel him to appear at Irinjalakkuda, the respondent has filed OP.32/2015, seeking gold ornaments, money, etc.

The wife has filed Tr.P.(C) No.137/2015 seeking the transfer of OP.1465/2014 from the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda.

Heard both the learned counsel.

It has come out that OP.1465/2014 was filed by

TrPC.64&137/15 : 2 :

the husband in the year 2014 before the Family Court, Thrissur. It was subsequent to it, during 2015, the other OP was filed by the wife before the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda. 5.

On hearing either side and on a perusal of the records, this Court is of the view that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer OP.32/2015 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda to the Family Court, Thrissur.

In the result, Tr.P.(C) No.137/2015 is dismissed. Tr.P. (C) No.64/2015 is allowed and OP.32/2015 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Thrissur.
