O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking the transfer of OP No.712/2014 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha to the Family Court, Ernakulam where OP 73/2015 and MC 12/2015 filed by the petitioner, are pending. 2.

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. OP 73/2015 has been filed by the petitioner before the Family Court, Ernakulam for recovery of her gold ornaments, money etc. MC 12/2015 is filed by the petitioner for getting maintenance to her as well as her child. The respondent has filed OP 712/2014 before the Family Court, Alappuzha seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

3. The respondent has no objection. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. On hearing either side, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer OP 712/2014 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha to the Family Court, Ernakulam where the other two cases are pending.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed, and OP 712/2014 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
