O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking transfer of O.P.No.2296 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam, which is filed by the respondent herein seeking divorce, to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Malappuram. The petitioner had filed O.P.No.674 of 2014 before the Family Court, Malappuram against the respondent herein seeking divorce. Over and above it, Crime No.531 of 2014 of the Wandoor Police Station registered at the instance of the petitioner is also pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjeri. 2.

Even though notice has been served, there is no

Tr.P.(C) 67 of 2015 -: 2 :- representation for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

On going through the facts and circumstances of the case, and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to deny the relief sought for. Hence this petition is only to be allowed and I do so.

In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.No.2296 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam is transferred to the Family Court, Malappuram. Sd/- B.KEMAL PASHA, JUDGE ul/- [True copy] P.S. to Judge
