O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks the transfer of OP(HMA). 943/2014 pending before the Family Court, Ettumanoor to the Family Court, Thodupuzha. The said OP has been filed by the respondent herein, who is the husband of the petitioner, seeking dissolution of marriage. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thodupuzha.

Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It seems that earlier two matters were decided by the Family Court, Thodupuzha. The respondent had earlier filed OP(G&W).587/2011 before the Family Court, Thodupuzha seeking the custody of the child, and the

Tr.P.(C).76/2015 : 2 :

petitioner had filed maintenance case as MC.16/2011 before the said court. Both the said cases were settled by the said court and maintenance is being paid on the basis of the orders of the Family Court, Thodupuzha. Matters being so, there is no reason to deny the relief sought for in this Tr.P. (C).

In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and OP(HMA). 943/2014 pending before the Family Court, Ettumanoor is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Thodupuzha. Sd/- (B.KEMAL PASHA, JUDGE) aks/27/05 // True Copy // PA to Judge
