O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks for the transfer of O.P.(G&W) No.830/2013 pending before the Family Court, Chavara, Kollam district to the Family Court, Kottarakkara, Kollam district. According to the petitioner, she is residing within the local limits of Family Court, Kottarakkara along with her parents. The Family Court, Kottarakkara is located far away from the Family Court, Chavara. According to the petitioner, whenever she has to appear before the Family Court, Chavara, there were occasions for an altercation either between her and the respondent or between her and the relatives of the respondent, and it makes her difficult to attend the Family Court, Chavara.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that the proceedings before the Family Court, Chavara in O.P.(G&W) No.830/2013 is almost in the final stage. That does not weigh with this Court at present to pass an order in the present Tr.P.(C). On hearing the learned counsel for both sides and on going through the contents of the Tr.P.(C), this Court is of the view that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(G&W) No.830/2013 of the Family Court, Chavara to the Family Court, Kottarakkara. In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.(G&W) No.830/2013 pending before the Family Court, Chavara is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Kottarakkara.
