ORDER
This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P. 1091 of 2014 pending before Family Court, Mavelikara transferred to Family Court, Alappuzha.
2. Suffice to say, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. It is stated that the respondent has filed O.P. 1350 of 2013 before Family Court, Mavelikara for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner has filed M.C.53 of 2014 for maintenance before Family Court, Alappuzha. In the meanwhile, the respondent withdrew O.P. 1350 of 2013 and thereafter filed O.P. 1091 of 2014 before Family Court, Mavelikkara.
Tr.P.(C).80/2015.
3. Petitioner points out that she finds it extremely difficult to go over to Mavelikara. Further, there is already a matter pending before Family Court, Alappuzha and therefore, it is only appropriate that both the matters be disposed of by the same court.
4. Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no appearance for him.
In the light of the fact there is no objection, this petition is allowed and O.P. 1091 of 2014 pending before Family Court, Mavelikkara shall stand transferred to Family Court, Alappuzha.
P. BHAVADASAN, JUDGE sb.
