O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.667/2014 pending before the Family Court, Malappuram to the Family Court, Vatakara. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The said OP is filed by the respondent seeking restitution of conjugal rights. Petitioner, along with her 11⁄2 year old daughter, is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Vatakara. She has filed MC.194/2014 and OP.560/2014 before the Family Court, Vatakara against the respondent. She finds it difficult to travel all the way from Vatakara to Malappuram for attending OP.667/2014.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

TrPC.99/2015 : 2 :

this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.667/2014 pending before the Family Court, Malappuram to the Family Court, Vatakara.

In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.No.667/2014 pending before the Family Court, Malappuramis ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Vatakara.
