O R D E R

The petitioner, who is a physically handicapped lady, is seeking the transfer of O.P.No.1348 of 2013 of the Family Court, Ettumanoor to the Family Court, Ernakulam since she is residing at Angamaly, which is within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ernakulam. The said O.P. is a petition filed under Section 10(1)(x) of the Divorce Act, 1869.

2. Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On going through the facts and circumstances of the case and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient

Tr.P.(C).No.106 of 2015 -: 2 :- in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.1348 of 2013 of the Family Court, Ettumanoor to the Family Court, Ernakulam.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.1348 of 2013 of the Family Court, Ettumanoor is transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
