O R D E R

Petitioner is seeking the transfer of OP 1575/2014 filed by the respondent herein, pending before the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Pala. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband.

The petitioner has filed MC 115/2014 before the Family Court, Pala seeking maintenance from the respondent. The petitioner is residing along with her parents within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Pala. 3.

Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Tr.P.(C) 107 of 2015 -: 2 :- 4.

On going through the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.1575 of 2014 of the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Pala, to be tried along with MC 115/2014.

In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.No.1575 of 2014 of the Family Court, Thrissur is transferred to the Family Court, Pala.
