~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The petitioner, wife seeks the transfer of O.P.No.1599/2014 of the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Kozhikode. She is residing at Kozhikode with her two minor children. She has filed MC.225/2014 seeking maintenance and OP.889/2014 for return of gold ornaments against the respondent, before the Family Court, Kozhikode. The respondent has chosen to file OP.1599/2014 seeking restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court, Thrissur.

Notice has been served on the respondent. No representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

TrPC.111/2015 : 2 :

this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.1599/2014 of the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Kozhikode. In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.No.1599/2014 of the Family Court, Thrissur is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Kozhikode.
