O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.60 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda to the Family Court, Kozhikode, where the petitioner had long back filed O.P.No.931 of 2014 against the respondent. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kozhikode.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner

Tr.P.(C).No.114 of 2015 -: 2 :- and the learned counsel for the respondent, and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.60 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda is transferred to the Family Court, Kozhikode.
