O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks the transfer of O.P.(HMA) No.848/2014 of the Family Court, Alappuzha to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. The respondent has filed the OP before the Family Court, Alappuzha seeking a decree of divorce. The petitioner along with her two minor children are residing at Ernakulam.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(HMA) No.848/2014 of the Family Court, Alappuzha to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
