O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks transfer of OP(SMA) No.67/2015 of the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The said OP has been filed by the respondent herein, who is the husband of the petitioner, seeking divorce. The petitioner, along with her small children, is residing at Ernakulam within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ernakulam. According to her, it is impossible for her to attend the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, for attending the case.

Notice has been served on the respondent. No representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On going through the contents of the Tr.P.(C) and hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court
