O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the C.P.C. seeking to have O.P.No. 969/2014 pending before Family Court, Kozhikode transferred to Family court, Kannur. 2.

Suffice to say that the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. Both instituted proceedings against each other.

The petitioner points out that she is a resident of Kanunr and she finds it extremely difficult to go over to Kozhikode to attend the case on every posting dates. She also says that she is in financial difficulties and she has nobody to accompany her. She therefore prays that the matter may be transferred to Family Court, Kannur. 4.

Even though notice was served on the respondent, there is no appearance on his behalf.

Tr.P.(C) No. 149 of 2015 -2In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P.No. 969/2014 pending before Family Court, Kozhikode shall stand transferred to Family court, Kannur.
