O R D E R

Petitioner, who is the wife, is seeking the transfer of OP 1199/2014 filed by the respondent husband for divorce before the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor, to the Family Court, Mavelikara. The petitioner is residing at Mulakuzha Village in Alappuzha District, which comes within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Mavelikara. She has filed OP No.1313/2014 as well as OP No.220/2015 before the Family Court, Mavelikara.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing the learned counsel on either side,

Tr.P.(C) 152 of 2015 -: 2 :- and on going through the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.1199 of 2014 of the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor, to the Family Court, Mavelikara.
